Release of Typical Cases of Intellectual Property Rights Administrative Protection in 2020

To thoroughly implement the Party Central Committee and the State Council's decisions and deployments on comprehensively strengthening intellectual property protection, guide the improvement of case handling quality and efficiency, effectively deter illegal acts of intellectual property, and actively create a good business environment, during the 2021 National Intellectual Property Publicity Week, the National Intellectual Property Administration (NIPA) released the typical cases of intellectual property administrative protection in 2020. Through case selection, online voting, and expert review, the NIPA selected the top ten typical cases of patent administrative protection and the top ten typical cases of trademark administrative protection in 2020. Among them, patent cases cover three categories: invention, utility model, and design.
