Editor's Note: To complement the review of key articles in the Trademark Law, the "IP Influence" WeChat public account of the Intellectual Property Research Center of Central University of Finance and Economics is launching a special feature on the Fourth Amendment to the Trademark Law - Typical Cases. This feature will categorize, screen, and review trademark cases from the court bulletins of various levels and regions in 2018. In conjunction with the "Article Review" feature, typical cases will be periodically pushed to focus on key articles of the Trademark Law.
