Progress of Zhongbei Rights Protection
At the end of 2022, Zhongbei launched a series of rights protection activities targeting the use of the "Zhongbei" name. In early 2023, Zhongbei commissioned the Beijing Beishang Law Firm to submit materials to the Shunyi District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Beijing, complaining about the infringement of corporate name and trademark exclusive rights by "Zhongbei Legal Consultation (Beijing) Co., Ltd." After accepting the complaint, the Shunyi District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Beijing attached great importance to the case, actively communicated by phone to understand the situation, conducted on-site inspections, and prompted the infringing company to change its name and no longer use the "Zhongbei" name.
On the afternoon of March 28, 2023, Zhongbei dispatched lawyer Li Ting and her assistant Song Yu to present a banner reading "Impartial Law Enforcement, Diligent Performance of Duties" to the Houshayu Office of the Shunyi District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Beijing, thanking them for actively serving the public, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises, and severely cracking down on unfair competition and infringement.
