Guangzhou Zhongbei Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. was formerly the Guangzhou branch of Beijing Trademark and Patent Agency, established on June 1, 2000, and is one of the earliest trademark branch agencies designated by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
After twenty years of unremitting struggle and efforts, its main work involves various basic application agency services for intellectual property rights, as well as investigation, complaint, litigation, and mediation of cases, and successful agency services for customs registration and pledge registration of intellectual property rights. It has also built a mature, multi-layered, three-dimensional intellectual property service platform that can adapt to the different needs of clients, addressing difficult and complex cases such as well-known trademark recognition, right confirmation, and rights protection within various intellectual property rights scopes. Currently, well-known trademark recognition, agency services for overseas trademark applications, collective trademarks, certification trademarks and geographical indication applications, and intellectual property right confirmation, protection and litigation services have become our company's advantageous service items.
