2023 Top 600 Chinese Trademark Agents List Released
On November 22, 2023, the "Top 600 Chinese Trademark Agencies" list was released in Beijing. This list, compiled using official data, was developed through careful research and multiple rounds of review by the organizing committee members. A systematic evaluation model was established based on over ten dimensions, including trademark application volume, trademark opposition cases, and trademark review cases. This model was used to evaluate trademark agencies registered with the Trademark Office of the State Intellectual Property Office of China, selecting 600 agencies to be rated as 5A, 4A, and 3A trademark agency service institutions. The release of this list is of positive significance in further regulating the order of the trademark agency industry and promoting its sustained and healthy development.
Zhongbei was rated as a 5A-level trademark agency service institution and was invited to attend the release ceremony. At the ceremony, the China Trademark magazine and Zhichanbao jointly released the "Top 600 Chinese Trademark Agencies" list, guided by the China Trademark Association. Ma Fu, President of the China Trademark Association, and Zhang Yuning, Vice Secretary-General of the China Trademark Association and President of China Trademark magazine, attended and delivered speeches. Zhang Xuan, Chairman of Beijing Zhichanbao Network Technology Development Co., Ltd., released the "Top 600 Chinese Trademark Agencies" list and the "China Trademark Agency Evaluation Report (2022-2023)". Bai Gang, President of the Trademark Agency Branch of the China Trademark Association, Chairman of the Management Committee and Chief Partner of Beijing Wanhuida Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd., and Wu Jiangtao of Beijing New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd., delivered keynote speeches.
It is understood that the "Top 600 Chinese Trademark Agencies" list was released for the first time this year and will be released annually in the future.
