Notice on Acceptable Names of Goods and Services Other Than Those in the Updated Table of Similar Goods and Services
To implement the requirements of trademark registration facilitation reform and further facilitate applicants, the Trademark Office regularly updates and publishes the acceptable names of goods and services beyond the "Classification of Goods and Services Similar in Nature". The names of acceptable goods and services for the fourth quarter have been published on the China Trademark Net's trademark search column and the online trademark service system. Applicants can query and fill in information online.
